I.      ZASADY PRACY KOTŁA 

 

 

 

Gaz ziemny GZ 50 jest dostarczany do palnika przewodem stalowym poprzez zawór kulowy odcinający z napędem mechanicznym , sterowany z układu wykrywczego przecieków gazu.

 Następnie gaz przepływa przez elektromagnetyczny zawór gazowy bezpieczeństwa ( element palnika). Jest on zaworem szybko otwierającym i szybko zamykającym.

 Następnie gaz przepływa przez zawór regulacyjny (element palnika), który jest zaworem wolno otwierającym i szybko zamykającym.

 Zawór ten i zawór bezpieczeństwa otwierają się w wyniku pojawienia się tego samego napięcia sterującego podanego przez automatykę palnikową w wyniku pojawienia się zapotrzebowania na ciepło ze strony automatyki kotła.

 Zastosowany w kotle palnik jest palnikiem atmosferycznym (inżektorowym) dwustopniowym.

 Rozruch palnika dzięki działaniu układu powolnego otwierania się zaworu regulacyjnego następuje łagodnie bez efektu wybuchowego.

 Odpowiednie proporcje gaz-powietrze dla wszystkich wielkości mocy ustalone zostały w wyniku zastosowania odpowiednich dysz gazowych w inżektorach zasysających powietrze z pomieszczenia kotłowni.

 Gaz jest wstępnie mieszany w zwężce, a następnie wypływa przez dyszę palnika gdzie następuje jego spalanie się po wymieszaniu z powietrzem ostatecznym. 

 

 

Natural gas of  GZ50 brand is fed to the burner through a steel pipe furnished with a powered ball type cut-off valve actuated by a gas leakage detector system. Then, the gas flows via a solenoid safety valve (component of the burner). The latter is of fast-closing/fast-opening type. Subsequently, gas passes through  a slow-opening/fast-closing control valve (another component of the burner). Both the safety and control valve open following the application of one voltage signal appearing in burner control system as a consequence of heat demand occurring  in the boiler part of control system. The  burner used in this boiler is an atmospheric,  two-stage injector type one.  Due to  slow opening of the control valve, the burner start-up is smooth, without any explosion effects. By applying appropriate gas nozzles in the injectors drawing air from boiler room it was  possible to set correct air/gas ratio for the entire range of power output. Initial mixing  takes place in a contraction and, after leaving the burner nozzle, gas is mixed with the last portion of air and combustion

Lokator zgłasza telefonicznie do dyspozytora parowanie wody z komory ciepłowniczej.

A customer phones  the dispatch  officer / service / ???? to report  evaporation ???????

A customer notifies by phone to the heat engineering about evaporation of water from chamber.

A consumer phones the network controller to report steam escaping from inspection chamber.

 

 

Monter idzie sprawdzić . W torbie ma hak do otwierania włazu komory , i klucze  do nakrętek, młotek , klucz do rur ( dopiszcie co jeszcze ma w torbie ) .

Fitter goes to check . In bag he has hook to opening of manhole of chamber , and keys to nuts, hammer , dodge to pipes

 

Fitters are sent to investigate. They  carry a toolbox with a hook for manhole opening, spanners, pipe wrench, hammer, torch and …

 

 

 

Jest ich dwóch. Monter ze względów bezpieczeństwa nie może samodzielnie wchodzić  do komory ( dlaczego - dopiszcie ).

There are of them two. Fitter from regards of safety can not come  himself in to the chamber

Okazuje się że nastąpił wyciek  na sieci wysokich parametrów mędzy komorami  na 15 i 16 . 

Oneself that leakage followed on net of high parameters between chambers on 15 and 16

.They discover that there is a leak from high temperature (supply) piping between chambers No 15 and 16.

 

 

 

Co robimy ? Zawozimy pompę  głębinową i wypompowujemy wodę z zalanej komory że zobaczyć jak duży jest wyciek .

What we can do ? We take depth pump and we pump up water from (????) chamber that to see how large  is (????)

 

What to do? A submersion pump is brought to the site, to empty the chamber and assess the severity of the leakage.

 

 

 

Przystępujemy do odkrywania kanału . Zdejmujemy wierzchnią warstwę ziemi ręcznie ze wzgledu na uzbrojenie ( gaz , prąd ) . Zdejmujemy płyty kanałowe - 

We are doing to uncovering of channel . We take off top layer of the ground by hand from (?????)on to (??????) ( gas , current ) . We take off channel plates and.......

Work starts with uncovering of the channel (duct, tunnel). Soil is removed from its top by hand, not to damage other utilities (gas, electricity). Channel covers are removed…

4. Pompy obiegowe obiegu grzewczego.

6. Pompa cyrkulacyjna ciepłej wody.
